Boards assembled by machine on our own line, and tested before they ship.
Parts placed under dual-camera vision, reflowed lead-free, and every board run through the automated test station. Built for start-ups, R&D labs and pilot runs.

You need real assembled boards, not hand-soldered ones.
A hand-built prototype hides problems that a machine-placed board shows. You may be a start-up past the first spin, a lab that needs working units, or a team whose assembly house will not take a small job. You need boards built consistently, with parts down to 0402, and proof that each one works.
Assembled boards and the record behind them.
- Machine placement Parts down to 0402, QFN and BGA to 18 × 18 mm, aligned by dual cameras to ±0.02 mm.
- Room for dense boards Boards up to 8.0 × 10.5 in (200 × 260 mm), with 52 reels loaded per run so component-heavy boards go through in one pass.
- Lead-free reflow Lead-free (RoHS) paste, with the reflow profile set from the paste datasheet.
- Every board tested Each board goes through the automated test station: power, current, and sleep-current limits checked, and every indicator verified by camera. A per-unit test log comes with it.
- Conformal coating Available on request for boards that live in humidity, vibration or outdoor enclosures.
- Panel and stencil files, and a DFM note The files for the panel and stencil, and a note on anything that fought the process so the next spin goes easier.
Four steps from files to tested boards.
- 01 Send your files Gerbers, bill of materials, and pick-and-place files, with the quantity you expect, through the quote form. The assembly check shows what is missing first.
- 02 Review the build We review the files for manufacturability and confirm that every part is available before anything is ordered.
- 03 Place and reflow Stencil, machine placement and a lead-free reflow.
- 04 Test and ship Every board is tested and logged, then shipped with the files listed in your quote.

Before you ask
What parts and board sizes can you assemble?
Parts down to 0402, QFN and BGA packages to 18 × 18 mm, and boards up to 8.0 × 10.5 in (200 × 260 mm), with up to 52 reels loaded per run.
Is the assembly lead-free, and is every board tested?
Yes. Assembly uses lead-free (RoHS) paste and reflow, and every board goes through the automated test station before it ships.
What should I send to get an assembly quote?
Gerbers, bill of materials, and pick-and-place files, plus the quantity you expect. The assembly check shows what is missing before you ask, and the SMT assembly request in the quote form asks for the rest.
